I majored in Graphic Design and Media Communications and started a career in publishing design at Conde Nast. This dream job led me onto a long path of freelance design where I met my business partner and cofounder of Paper Eskimo. We grew this niche paper goods business into a major retail brand with global distribution in over 2,500 stores.
After nearly 13 years at the helm, I hung up my boots to take a work sabbatical before returning to freelance on a combination of projects from beauty, food, lifestyle, interiors and construction.
Whilst balancing my day job, I was also fortunate to design and build two residential properties which gave my passion for interior design an outlet.
My creative approach—no matter the medium—demands imagination, focus, visualisation, vulnerability and most importantly, an open mind. I empathise and define several iterations before I end up refining the one that makes sense.
